Refund Policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE

Our products are digital downloads (beats/instrumentals). Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products and the inability to "return" a downloaded file, we have a strict but fair refund policy.

2. GENERAL POLICY

All sales are generally considered final once the beat has been downloaded. We cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the beat.

3. WHEN WE WILL ISSUE REFUNDS

We may approve refund requests in the following situations:

TECHNICAL ISSUES:
- Files are corrupted and cannot be played
- Download links are not working (and we cannot resolve the issue)
- Wrong files delivered (different beat than purchased)

DUPLICATE PURCHASES:
- You accidentally purchased the same beat twice
- System error caused multiple charges

BEAT QUALITY ISSUES:
- Beat is significantly different from the preview
- Files are incomplete or missing components listed in license

4. WHEN WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS

We cannot process refunds in these situations:
- You simply changed your mind
- You found a beat you like better elsewhere
- You cannot sell/release the song you made
- Your music project was cancelled
- You didn't read the license terms before purchase
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- The beat has already been used in released music

5. EXCLUSIVE LICENSE PURCHASES

Exclusive license purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE once:
- The beat has been removed from our store
- The files have been downloaded
- More than 24 hours have passed since purchase

This is because exclusive purchases permanently remove the beat from sale, affecting our business.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund:
1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase
2. Include your order number
3. Explain the reason for your request
4. Provide any relevant evidence (screenshots, etc.)

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

7. REFUND PROCESS

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method:
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Credit Card: 5-10 business days

8. CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in:
- Account suspension
- Ban from future purchases
- Collection action for fraudulent chargebacks

We are always willing to work with you to resolve issues fairly.

9. EXCHANGE POLICY

Instead of a refund, we may offer:
- Exchange for a different beat of equal value
- Store credit for future purchases
- Upgrade to a higher license tier
